At Werner Bronkhorst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Item
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
